Given that through stitching is the most likely source of leaks and that the term drysuit has a specific meaning for us: "the diver must not get wet for any reason", design must follow a path different from the traditional one. Our manufacturing criterion has taken a lead from the jacket production cycle.
The OCEAN PROJECT Poldura drysuit has no through stitching and is completely radio-frequency sealed. A protective seam is fitted using hot air application.
The latex accessories and rubber footwear are applied using special glues free from toxic solvents. The polyurethane valve supports and non-abrasive padding are secured using radio-frequency and/or hot application.
The suit is ideal for recreational use, thousands of models having already been sold. The back "shoulder-shoulder" sealed zip is in marine bronze. The removable or incorporated hood (PRO model) in soft double-lined 6 mm neoprene with internal plush is available on request.
A crotch zip can be fitted on request. This accessory is particularly useful for professional use. The suit is available in BLACK (standard) and ROYAL (on request).
The automatic low profile adjustable discharge valve has an internal filter. The pushbutton load valve has a jacket type quick-release strap.
